The Best and fastest way to get your quote is to come by my bakery/restaurant, located directly across from Salinas High School at Main Street Bakery and Catering, 711 S. Main Street, in South Salinas.

    Please send me as much information as possible, (i.e. Date of your event, City where your event will take place, number of servings, theme of colors for your party, .... anything that would help me give you a good quote. If you would like to meet in person; I give consultations Monday - Friday.

Bakery Order Policy

Deposit: 50% of order is due to save the date for your cake (minimum of $25) and final payment is due before pickup or delivery (if a payment is being made in check the check needs to be in at least 2 weeks prior to your event date). Please note the a quote or contracts without a deposit are not valid, all orders need a deposit to be processed and all large cakes over $200 need to be paid upfront

Cancellations: A cancellation may be made up to three months before the event.

Guarantee: While we make every effort to provide exactly the flavors, fillings, decorations, sizes, shapes and colors you have requested, the creation of a cake is an art and may be subject to slight variations by the creator(s). I promise you the best product and service I can provide.

Our Obligation: We take our obligation to provide your cake as agreed in this contract very seriously. However, should an unforeseeable event occur which prevents us from fulfilling our obligation and we must cancel our agreement with you, we will refund your payment in-full. In addition, if at all possible we will work with you to find another qualified bakery to assist you with your cake and will cooperate in transferring materials to the new baker. Our obligation is completed at the time of delivery or pick-up.
